## What's been added

- Entire legacy site added to hosting service, under; https://lancashire-fusiliers.co.uk/legacy/lanc-fus/LF_Index_Page.htm
- Serves two purposes, an additional snapshot backup of legacy site and also good to reference for migration.
- Many pages not relative in the old site, so small adjustment made to enable _most_ from the landing page.
- Many images not still not linked correctly, testing in progress to solve this. Secondary objective.

## Anything else

- Added the Regimental March playing on the homepage, Geoff's request
- Autoplay is not working - might be caching, await feedback
- Added more links to pages so they flow better (famous fusiliers, back to features etc)
- Removed 'Famous Fusiliers' from the header and replaced with 'Research' - better fit for website services
- Consider removing 'postings' from header and place on homepage in future, similar vein

## Notes / Observations

Decisions still forming on when to create 'story' or 'feature' depending on the size of the source material - typically if it 'looks' bit I dedicate a page, but some information is stored within modals, so looked atgetting those surfaced easier - see Techincal additions section

## Technical additions

- Created separate modal's folder for items stored in the battalion pages
- This is to reduce the number of lines in the files, and modualise the modals further, making it easier to maintain or pull in other pages
- Added a 'related locations' to many of the features and stories - this pulls in details from those modals, which surfaces that information easier for users
- Added 'back to previous page' footer button, to ease navigating the site
